At Human of Impact, we believe everyone deserves access to mental health resources, especially those facing challenging circumstances. The My Therapy Buddy Book Grant is our way of supporting underfunded schools, shelters, and organizations that serve teens and adults in need of mental health tools. Each year, we donate 60 activity-based mental health books—filled with journaling prompts, stress-relief exercises, and mindful activities—to help foster emotional well-being and personal growth in vulnerable communities.

These books can be used in counseling sessions, given to teachers and staff, or placed in common areas so anyone can access them. Whether you’re looking to support teens facing school stress, or adults managing the complexities of life, these books provide a hands-on approach to mental health that’s easy to use and powerful in its impact.

How to Apply:
If your organization is underfunded, simply click here to apply for the grant. To apply, you’ll need:

• Proof of underfunded status.
• A brief description of how the books will be distributed to the teens and adults who need them most, whether through counselors, staff members, or a community space.

What If My Organization Doesn't Qualify?
If your school or shelter doesn’t meet the grant requirements, you can still purchase our activity books at a discounted rate:

• $6 per book for orders under 200 units.
• $4 per book for orders over 200 units.
